Download and install PuTTY to your computer.
Download: http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/download.html
Once installed, open PuTTY.

Open PuTTY and enter your server's IP address then hit [Open].

You'll be asked to enter your SSH username and password. (sent to you in our Minecraft Server Host: Account information email)
Note: when you're on the password step, you won't see your password being typed. This is a security feature in PuTTY. Don't worry, your keys are being inputed into the field.
If you're having trouble, try copying your password to your clipboard (CTRL+C) then click on PuTTY's window and hit [Shift]+[Insert] on your keyboard. Then hit [enter] to log in.
From here you can now enter commands. To close PuTTY. type exit into the command line.
