Download and install WinSCP to your computer.
Once installed, open WinSCP.
Enter your server's details into the fields.
Hostname: Your minecraft server's IP address (example: 126.96.36.199)
Port: Usually 22
Username: Your SSH username from the Minecraft Server Host: Account information email.
Password: Your SSH password from the Minecraft Server Host: Account information email.
File protocal: SFTP
Then click [Login]
Once logged in you'll see a screen like this. On the left side is your computer's file system. On the right side is the minecraft server's file system.
From here you can add, modify or remove files on your server.
