The Pixelmon Team as been working hard and come out with a number of new releases in a short period of time. As always customers may update their Pixelmon servers through the mPanel control panel under Server Updates > Pixelmon. Here are the patch notes for Pixelmon 3.3.1 and the last few versions that we did not get posted on the forum:
